Confirmation

During Years 5 and 6, the children are given the opportunity to be Confirmed into the Christian faith.  Confirmation marks the point in the Christian journey at which you affirm for yourself the faith into which you have been baptized as a baby or young child.

Being Confirmed is seen by the children as one of the privileges of being in Year 5 and 6. The children attend a series of Confirmation sessions in school, led by Fr Chris or Fr Peter. During these sessions, they learn about Confirmation and its significance in the life journey of a Christian.
