        Bourne Abbey, part of Abbey Academies Trust, is a large three form entry Church Academy situated in South Lincolnshire.  Our vision for each child is that they will work towards their personal best, in a caring and nurturing atmosphere, which reflects the Christian values of our Academy Trust.  The other schools in our Trust are Bourne Elsea Park C of E Primary Academy and Colsterworth C of E Primary School.

        The Trustees are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Administrator who has ideally worked within a busy school office. The ideal candidate should have good customer service, ICT and communication skills. We are seeking an individual who is well-organised, efficient, flexible, calm, friendly, motivated and passionate about providing an excellent support service to our children, staff and visitors.

         

        The successful candidate will:

        • Demonstrate good communication skills that allow effective communication on a professional basis with all levels of parents and carers, school staff, and pupils
        • Have experience of working in an office environment
        • Demonstrate excellent ICT skills
        • Have practical experience in word processing, Excel and email
        • Have a passion for working with children
        • Be able to work on their own initiative
        • Have evidence of GCSE’s or equivalent, to include English and Maths at grade A-C, NVQ 2 Business & Administration level 2 or above and or qualifications relevant to this post
