It shore was a visit to remember this week for our Year One pupils. The children absolutely loved their visit to Skegness Natureland and being able to watch the seals being fed, peer at the penguins splashing in their pool and glimpse the slithering snakes lurking in their tanks. They enjoyed learning about the seal hospital and how the volunteers rehabilitate the seals to be able to release them back into the wild. After lunch, a trip to the beach was a must where the children shared their fabulous geographical vocabulary and unearthed some natural wonders in the sparkling sand. We can’t wait to read their fabulous recounts about their day to Skegness Natureland the beach.
