Shot Put Star!
Lawson Capes, who competes for Nene Valley Harriers, became the only 10 year old in the country to throw over 10 metres in the shot put in a recent competition at Allianz Park in London. His staggering throw of 10.55m, smashed his personal best of 9.16m. The future is bright for Lawson and everyone at Bourne Abbey wish him all the best in his future competitions.
