Reading Rocks with Bourne Academy Pupils
Reception children were very lucky to have a visit from some Bourne Academy students who had won a competition to write a children’s book. They read us their stories and we then read to them from our phonics books before sharing some library books together. The big children were so impressed with the Reception children’s confidence and ability to talk about their love of reading.
