Key Stage One Get Gardening for Eco!
May 2023 – KS1 Gardening club
We have some keen gardeners in KS1 and we have been busy weeding and planting our school vegetable patch. With some super star helpers from KS2, the children learnt how to plant seeds and what a seed needs to grow. They have worked in small groups to plant a range of beans as well as radish. We decided to use half of the planters to ensure we left some for wild flowers to help support the biodiversity of the school grounds.
