There were ooohhs and ahhhhs as one by one the eggs cracked and a chick hatched out. The children have enjoyed observing carefully how the chicks grow and develop.
Mrs Helen Gardner, Assistant Head, said “The children with all their amazing chick facts have written informativenon-fiction books, using glossary words and have learnt about the life-cycle of a hen.A special thank you to the ‘Happy Chick Company,’ for providing this amazing experience for our children.”
