Town Hall Logo Competition
Please see the letter below from the Town Hall Trustees…
Dear Parent(s)
As this is the bicentennial year of the Town Hall, we are planning a series of celebratory events leading up to its 200 year old birthday on Saturday 23rd October 2021. To launch this significant year in the Town Hall’s history, we would like a special logo designing which we plan to use during all of our promotions.
We see this as an Easter holiday activity for your child to express his/her artistic talent to come up with something that could potentially be used to promote this historic event by featuring on letter heads, memorabilia, posters, social media etc.
To enter the competition, the logo needs to be submitted on a plain A4 or A5 sheet of paper, clear and simple in design with a particular emphasis on the number 200.
There will be a prize for each age category ( years 3&4, 5&6, 7&8 ) plus an overall winner for the chosen logo.
Each entry should be clearly identified in the bottom left hand corner with name, school & class and either posted in an envelope in the Town Hall letter box or a photograph of the entry emailed to info@bournetownhall.org.uk (please retain original) by the closing date of Sunday 18th April.
