Dragonologist visits Year 4!
Today Year 4 had an inspiring start to their next unit of writing, when they met the famous Dragonologist Sir Ernest Drake. In role as the latest recruits to the Secret and Ancient Society of Dragonologists, the children were able to listen to his fascinating stories about his travels across the world – dragon searching – and they were able to ask him questions to help them with their own dragon studies.
The children are now ready to write their own fact-filled non-chronological reports about their newly discovered dragons to add these to Ernest Drake’s ‘Field Guide To Dragons.’
